Dear Snowater Fullshare Owners,

If you would like to have services rendered to your unit during Maintenance Week, please complete a “Request for Service” form and return it to our office by April 30th, 2012.   You can choose to fill out the form below or download the form in either pdf or .doc format.  If you choose to download you must print the form, fill it out, and mail it or fax it into the office.  PLEASE RETURN FORM BY April 30th 2012.

WINDOW WASHING- Exterior window washing is no longer an individual owner's expense. Only interior window cleaning is offered May 11th-18th.
CARPET CLEANING- Carpets will be professionally cleaned May 11th -18th.
Soil Retardant
PROPANE FIREPLACE- Please check the box below if you would like your propane fireplace cleaned and serviced May 11th-18th. Basic cleaning and service check $90.00. You will be billed directly by Larry the Heating Guy.
WOOD BURNING DEVICES
DRYER DUCTS- I would like my clothes dryer duct cleaned this fall by Allen Duct Services. You will be billed directly by Allen Duct Services.
