WiFi has been installed in the Clubhouse. If you want to use it you will need a Wifi enabled laptop. Please limit your downloads since there is a 24 hour limit imposed by the Satellite provider.
The Snowater Board is moving ahead with the installation of dead bolt locks for all doors in the condominium buildings including the storage lockers. This will give better control of keys and provide safety for the owners.
Our general manager, Dave Franklin, is busy getting together the bids to upgrade and repair HVAC and pool systems in our common areas. We are hoping PSE will qualify for grants from PSE.
Speaking of PSE, your Building Chair will be letting you know of a program PSE offers to make you condo more efficient. As it stands each building will have to make the decision as to whether they will participate. Essentially the program offers free wrapping of pipes, Compact Flurescents Lightbulbs, and other energy saving products for free.
